Brandy Soaked Fruit

Time
  • 120g raisins (and/or currants)

  • 120g dried apricots, chopped

  • juice of 1 orange

  • ⅛ tsp ground clove

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • 25g brown sugar

  • Brandy (or spiced rum)

  • 120g raisins (and/or currants)

  • 120g dried apricots, chopped

  • juice of 1 orange

  • ⅛ tsp ground clove

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • 25g brown sugar

  • Brandy (or spiced rum)

  1. Combine all the ingredients and tamp down.
  2. Cover with the brandy (or rum). Allow to soak at room temperature overnight or longer.
