Marzipan

  • 165g Almond Meal
  • 165g Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Rose Water
  • 2 tsp Almond Extract
  • 1 egg white
  • 165g Almond Meal
  • 165g Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Rose Water
  • 2 tsp Almond Extract
  • 1 egg white
  1. Evenly combine the almond meal and powdered sugar.
  2. Mix in the rose water and almond extract.
  3. Mix in the egg white and continue mixing until a dough is formed.
  4. Roll the dough into a log and wrap tightly with plastic or parchment. Chill the dough before using.
