Roasted Salmon

Simple, quick, and delicious by itself, roasted salmon can also be "dressed up" in any number of ways; but, the method for roasting it remains the same—season and roast until just done.

  • Salmon filet(s), roughly 4-5oz per person

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. If necessary, portion the fish into smaller filets (4-5oz each).
  2. Season each side generously with salt.
  3. Roast the salmon until it flakes easily when pressed, about 10 minutes.
