Salmon Salad

  • 2 (6 ounce) cans of salmon
  • ½ cup mayonaise
  • ⅓ cup red onion, finely diced
  • 4 tbsp capers, drained and chopped
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Black Pepper

  1. Combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix together with a fork. Season with salt and pepper to taste—adding splashes of vinegar, if needed.
